Which Trial Credit Rejected

Not sure if this has surfaced already, but I recieved this email from Xpango late last week:

I have followed your registration up with the Network who we ran Which? through but they have rejected our offer to be manually credited. They have now removed the offer for the Free Trial and they will are only offering a full subscription. (Which I’m afraid isn’t free)

Apologies for the inconvenience that this has caused you. Another Free Trial which you could try is Lumosity? It’s a brain training program to improve concentration for driving and your memory in general.

Again, sorry for the inconvenience with the Which? Trial.

Anyone else had this? I thought 'Which' were a pillar of integrity that honoured their offers! What's going on?
