 | Hello Flavy, I can confirm that we do ship to Romania and no cost will be incurred. We are also a non-cash incentivised site so we will always reward our members with their gift over Paypal. - We only ever pay Moneybookers/ Paypal when delivery of an item cannot be made and there are no other options.
