Will i get my MP3?

Hi i have this problem...

The 25 September i emailed your support:

You will get your mp3, by the sounds of the support email you sent, it wasn't clear you wanted to place an order for this item but just a question, wait for a reply from Xpango.

I had a longer conversation with them and im pretty sure they know i wanted to place a order.
