i forgot to cancel my trial


hello guys, on 30 octomber i completed the useNeXT offer with 1 euros on paypal. I forgot about trial , and they contacted me ... they send me an invoice with 95 euro.

I need to pay 95 euros for nothing .... I didn't used that services ... I canceled my account but they told me , i need to pay 95 euro (tax for 1 year / 8 euro per month) .

It's unfair , they help people with trial and then you need to pay aprox 100 euro...........

I can talk with an xpango admin here? Can an admin to talk on them for cancel all bills for xpango members?

i don't have money to pay 100 euros ........

Here lies your problem, read the small print first, they haven't scammed you.

Well you should have cancelled within the required time limit.

If you had no intention of even considering continuing with them after the free trial, then you should not have applied for the free trial in the first place.

I'm not an Xpango admin but my thoughts are that you haven't been scammed at all. It's not xpango's fault you forgot about the trial and now it has expired you have to pay for the service.

I doubt they can do anything just because you forgot you didn't want the service.

Yes , it was my fault but they are so ...like a wolfs. They want to stole money from all users ... If they want 8 euro ( it's 8 euros per month) i paided ...but 100 euros ? It's too much for me ...

I want to talk with paypal or bank to solve this problem i don't know ... I don't know what i need to do

Your best bet is to email them directly and agree to pay for just one month or something, they don't legally have to do anything as you agreed to it when you signed up...sorry.

I wouldn't be sorry. You take up an offer on the understanding that it will continue and you will be charged. As already said. 1. Don't take up the offer if you don't want the service. 2. If you aren't going to continue the service after the trial....don't forget to notify them.

1: You signed up knowing the T&Cs
2: You weren't even interested in the service and therefore shouldn't have signed up in the first place
3: You forgot... totally your responsibility
4: They have NO responsibility to help you. They have a trial service for a reason, and these things always roll on
5: You now just have to get over it and realise you made a mistake. Pay up and don't winge.

6. Don't pay it and use the time it takes for them to get around to taking you to court to save up. Best make sure you save more than the 95 euros though, I would imagine you'd need to pay court costs as well.

I completed the usenext offer..they send you two emails reminding you that your free trial will be expiring soon and if you don't cancel the trial before it expires you will be charged. They even provide you with a link to cancel the trial. You cant blame them for you forgetting to cancel the trial, it's your fault. Sorry

Hello Kkuklin,

My advise would be to contact UseNext and plead with them to extend the cooling off period.

As Ryan said; it may be best to ask if you can pay for the month (8 Euro's) and then explain that you are not in a situation to pay for the full year.

I'm afraid Xpango will be unable to help contacting UseNext directly so it would be in your interest to email or try and call them to explain your situation.

Just goes to show how awesome the guys over at Xpango are! Most networks' staff wouldn't even think about helping someone cancel a free trial, especially if they didn't have any interest in the offer before they completed it!
