![]() | Does Xpango allow 'custom orders'?I really want to use the xpango site, but don't need any of the items they are offering on the site. I wanted to know if it was possible to create a custom order for cash or a bank transfer? Thanks. |

![]() | Hi Guys, Just to follow this up; I've seen the support team go back on this today and confirm that Xpango is not a cash incentivized site. We offer Exceem members the chance to place custom orders but reason we are different, and able to retain certain offers, is by not crediting cash. The only exception to the above is when we are unable to send gifts to certain countries. That issue is handled by the support team where we credit members to purchase their gift of choice. Hope that’s helped to clarify, Ross

OK, Ross, thanks for your clarification, I've sent a message to support yesterday, with 4 options to check and see if they are possible. Anyways, we should be able to give the members give some alternative gifts, was what i've done, i hope that i'm not against the rules. PS: i've 49 credits, ans now i've only 48 credits, can you know where can i find the people that loose the credit?? Regards kriptonite | |

![]() | Hello Kriptonite, I believe the credit was removed due to one of your referrals completing an offer (worldwinner) and then cancelling. This created a charge-back which is why one of your referral credits was removed. This was flagged while your account was being verified but a note has not been made of who the individual was. Hope that's helped to clarify Ross

![]() | Hi Kriptonite, Please be advised that you will be able to see the in-active referrals in your account. If one was removed it would be due to the member asking for their account to be deleted. - If we delete an account that has a referral, it would be automatically deleted as well. - No trace as we have been asked to remove all details by the member. I have also seen the 3 items in your email and the team are reviewing the prices at the moment. You will receive confirmation before the end of the day. Kind regards Ross
