| Omg I might have to move to xpango if you now offer toluna.. its easy to complete and most of all you dont even need a credit card.. I'll have to post this out. edit- on xpango it states that the offer is only available for uk members???

It should be automatic. The problem we have sometimes is that members have signed up but not actually completed a survey. If you have completed the survey then just drop the support team an email and they can contact Toluna and see what the problem is. Ross
