![]() | Manually crediting for refsHello, it's about 5x time when I go to write on support cause my referral got credit and I have him still as inactive (no credit for me). Ok its no problem i will write on Xpango and they always add it manually within few days, but really it can't be automatic ? It's really boring to write on Xpango for each ref credit do add it manually. And also it's just about refs who i know, i also how many inactive who i dont know. And they can have some credits but i dont know it and i have them still as inactive. It's really unprofessional for me. It's just my problem or its global ? Thanks for anwer. |

![]() | Hello AnubiX, The referral credits are automated. The issue we have is when members register and create two gift selections. (iPod and Xbox) In this example, your referral ID may be captured under the iPod but the new member decides to use the Xbox referral ID to complete his offers. Going forwards; just drop the support team an email and we can resolve the issue - I can't improve the service if members don't come to us first.
