hello exceem member and xpango support

i have a problem

now i have 2 referral link

i already give the old link to all friend and i posted it in lot forum

so how can i set my account for 1 refrral link ?
for dont wast referral

If you've already posted the old link then it's too late to do anything now, just start using the new link from now on.

On a similar note... if I bought clix on my 1st order... which has now been received and completed... will they transfer over to the new referral link I've been given or are they now lost?

i have 17 referral in my fist order but xpango pay me only for 11 referral
and now they give me new referal link
so wath i must do?

wath about my 5 referal?
wath about new referal?

that realy big problem in my account

Hi Alfred0,

The reason you have two referral ID's is due to each referral ID being linked to a gift. As soon as we post the first gift your account/ referral is set to gift sent which locks the referral ID.

When you select a new gift you receive a new referral ID. This is a standard procedure for all our members.

On a plus side; if you receive additional credits on your old referral ID then we can move these over. Just to confirm, you will need to use your new ID when completing offers.

The answer is similar to the above; any clix referrals will be added to your old referral ID but we can move them over. If your old referral ID required 10 credits and you received 10, you may see it start to see an excess that can be transferred. - So it will look like this: 10 credits required/ 12 credits gained. (We can then move the excess of 2 over to the new referral ID)

Hope that all makes sense and the support team are the guys who can move any credits from the old to new ID.

I'd like to share one thing here, though I don't know how much it would be contribute to Xpango. Why don't you'll start giving out static referral links like it's done on FJ & Kudos? Maybe, it's too late to switch over, but still, if possible you should think over it. I mean, after receiving each gift, people will have to go around their website changing links all over again.. Hope you're getting me, Ross. This would really reduce the work of many people who receive gifts from Xpango regularly, unlike me!

There is a reason Xpango chose to use a multiple link system, and that's because they have only one site - xpango.com. Unlike FJ or Kudos who have multiple sites (eg. apple, gadgets), Xpango only has one, so it would make more sense to let people have different ref links so they could get more than a gift at a time. Because it wouldn't work if 2 gifts had the same ref link...

If you contact the support team directly then they will also be able to move any excess credits from one referral to another.
