Hello,

I am really posoined with the fact that Xpango offer PrimeScratchCard you can't perform. I deposited $10 with MoneyBookers and it's 14 days and my money weren't added to PrimeScratchCards account yet. So they are really heavy SCAM, chat only says that it will be soon. On website they wrote its within 1 hour. So i lost $10 and i don't receive credit on XPANGO so it's really advantegous for me and ofc not professional, when Xpango offer something what you can't fullfill.

And ofc my friend has the same problem with PrimeScratch, they wrote as well that the deposit didn't come, PSC is heavy SCAM and i hope that this companies not will be propagaded more.

Anybody have any other trouble with this offer? They might just have a slow credit time, it may not be scam but just simply slow.

Hello AnubiX,

Please can you answer a few simple questions:

1 - Have you contacted the support team? I don't see how we can help if you don't tell us you have a problem?

2 - Has the 7 day grace period passed? As stated when you complete the offer; "Credits are normally added within 7 days of completing this offer"

3 - Have you checked that you country is permitted to take part in the offer? Again; we have a check list for our members to check before they complete the offer.

Please review these 3 points and refrain from posting in Exceem before contacting us first.

Ross, the problem is that he claims he has waited 14 days for the offer to complete when it is advertised to complete within 7 days, hence he is throwing accusations out there.

Just checked the offer and it says worldwide but then i checked the block lists and it must have 30+ blocked countries, maybe advertise it as limited? May solve the confusion.

Some offers require you to contact xpango support to confirm. I had to do that with the deal or no deal offer and I had my credits in my account within 4 days!

If its a scam,its the most profitable one ive ever had the pleasure of been involved with.I won 330euro after a 50 deposit and 120 the other nite foe 30.
because of the nature of the Moneybookers system you have to have to contact support regarding your deposit so they can add any bonus due.It explains it takes about 30 mins.
Click on Moneybookers tab in your primescratchcards a/c and it will explain all.
Regarding the credits,i got mine within 24 hrs,so id say have another look and you will be sorted.

PSC scam


1) Ofc i contacted support team (chat after sign-up) and they are just telling it's very rare situation and their departion team is still looking into it. Anyway its 14 days and i really dont believe them. I can wait 1 year as well because they are looking into...

2) Man i don't say Xpango didn't credit me, xpango can't credit me because my deposit on PrimeScratchCards has not been done you i have on PSC $0 but on MB history i have -10$. I received Moneybookers transaction email as well, i have transaction ID.

3) Czech Republic is not permitted, i checked it.

I am not atacking on XPANGO, i wrote the problem is PrimeScratchCards, where i deposited by MB $10 and they still don't add $10 (+10$ bonus) on my account. Ofc i have still $0 and xpango can't credit me. PrimeScratchCards is scam because you send money and don't get it on account, my friend has the same problem. Support don't help.

It doesn't solve my problem, when some company pay 2/10 people, it is SCAM because next 8 people weren't pay. You are lucky man, I have many proofs that I send money and they don't add it on my PSC account. They are just telling they can't find my payment etc... but i resent him my MB email so they have transaction ID so they can find my transaction within 2 seconds.

Anyway, I lost $10 for nothing and I am really posoined that Xpango offer this SCAM company. Is i said, my friend has the same problem, also lost $10 and get no money. When there are some people who sucesfully deposited and earn more money, I congratulation you, but what other ?

It seams as if the issue is between them and moneybookers. Why not contact MB, advise them of your situation, and ask them for the into you can give to primescratchcards to get your deposit sorted.

I'm sorry for continuing this thread, but I have been asked to review the thread and offer some suggestions.

1: Regarding the country. You say "Czech Republic is not permitted"... are you signing up from Czech Republic? If so then you have answered your own question and you cannot complete that offer.

2: This is problem 100% linked to PSC and MoneyBookers and therefore has NOTHING to do with Xpango.

3: It has been mentioned to me that you have not actually accessed this offer via Xpango and have tried to sign up to PSC simply via their website. This means that there is actually no active link between you, PSC and Xpango.

Solutions:

1: Keep constant contact with PSC. Re-send ALL proof screen captures and emails you can. The more info you provide the quicker they can help.

2: Contact MoneyBookers. Find the transaction, notify them of the problem and ask them if they can help to get this transaction sorted.

3: Keep Xpango notified of the situation. There is a chance PSC haven't found a connection between you and Xpango yet because it hasn't tracked properly. If you can keep the information following between the 3 companies you should be able to get your problem sorted.

Finally:

Do not come on here posting about scam companies and offers. Xpango, or any other network, would not have links with any sort of scam offer and each one is vetted carefully. Most problems occur because the customer (you) has done something wrong. This may not be intentional... perhaps you simply closed and re-opened your browser, or there was an issue with the cookies, or you have signed up from an unsupported company or something similar. Unfortunately these problems happen and it can't be helped, but by following the points above you should be able to get it fixed.

I wish you luck and hope you get it sorted. But if you don't you may need to complete another offer... or simply refer more friends (which also activates your account on xpango meaning no offer is necessary)

I contacted MoneyBookers and wait for their respond. Czech Republic is not on blocked countries List of Blocked Countries .

I know that it is problem linked to me, PSC and MB, but of course when I send $10 to PSC and don't receive it on my PSC account cause they are still "working on it", it looks like they are SCAM company. Ofc now I will wait on MB if they send me confirmation that money was sent succesfully and PSC receive it, then is PSC SCAM cause they receive money and say they don't. Anyway I have transaction ID and history of MB so it looks like PSC i SCAM and this is not MB problem.

I joined PSC from Xpango to get credit, but ofc I can't get it when my deposit wasn't added.

The problem was that my personal email wasn't same as MB email, but of course they don't write it anywhere in registration, personal email is really different with MB email. But I really don't belive there is so HARD to find transaction by ID on MB and confirm it and add money manually. It's work for 2 minutes and not 16 days now.

I will see and inform you how was this problem resolved (if it will)

Received my 2 credits today, no problems with deposit or anything.

If it's that hard to find the transaction ID on moneybookers then I suggest the transaction has not actually taken place. Or can you see the transaction on your account but just waiting for them to confirm it?

Transaction is completed i can't cancel it or refund, its on history as SENT i also received email with all informations which i resent to PSC. Ofcourse this email came after 3 hours when I sent money.

No, I will not. MoneyBookers sent warning to PSC and also confirm that money was sent, but they will not do nothing more. They are still link me on their terms and conditions so I can't refund or do nothing. So there is no help from MoneyBookers and PSC of course still didn't add my money.

So I have lost $10, don't get credit for offer and just lost time with trying to get my money, PSC is SCAM for me anyway and there are many proofs they are not doing something. I really don't recommend this company.
