Very irresponsible behaviour


Hi, I have completed many offers at xpango but most of the time I have to keep on contacting them about the credits. But this time they decided not to reply me. I have been sending them emails every week and then wait for the whole week for their response but sadly they just wont! Had finished a offer in march for which I haven't been credited till date too but whenever I ask them about it I don't get a reply. Recently it was 2 more offers like around 3 weeks back but haven't heard from them when asked! Help guys plz!

xpango are low are support staff at the moment, they are getting more so hopefully it will be dealt with soon.

They took a while to send me a response; they advised normally 5-7 days and it took a fortnight before I got a reply back. As listed above, they have told us they are understaffed at present so it's unfortunately a case of waiting for them to get processed

Those offers you completed, were different right? Cause you can't complete more than once each offer.

yea those were all different offers.
@jeccy: I know, I already waited long enough. Its been a month since I finished the offer and one more of it which I am missing has been finished 6 months ago!

I can see that you were recently sent an email to update you on some missing credits and another email today so hopefully this will keep you posted on this for you.

I would add that you do appear to have a higher than normal record of offers not completing and recall that you were previously based in India but have switched the the US so I'm not sure if this is linked to this problem. We would recommend to you and any other members to carefully ensure you follow our tracking guidelines when completing offers to ensure you give yourself the very best chance of crediting.

I would also add that we have had a new member of staff join the team today and I have no doubt that this will significantly help us to improve our support service.

Don't see how some of you can slag them off when you have never used them yourself, i have and have had no problems, bad news spreads quicker than good.

Thanks for the response though. I went through the email and they said that they going to update me with what is going on and are investigating. For the other offer they said that you guys are not their affiliates anymore so they won't credit you, and in that case I won't get it either! Also, I did not understand what do you mean by saying that higher than normal offers not completing because all the offers I completed were all done from here in United States. None of them were done back in India. So, this should help you guys too.
Hopefully, I hear a positive reply from your side. Thanks again for looking into it.

They've always been fine with me, suppose it ain't easy running a very large successful freebie site with that many members. And it is fair to say that a few 'Billy No Posts' will always find their way on to the forum only when they have significant delays and want to moan.

I can imagine there are thousands of people to replay to.

It's well established that Xpango email response times are rubbish and that is such old news but they do come up with the goods and their monetary credit value are probably the best around.

They always reply to my email's... yes, I waited some days for a reply, so what? The important is to receive a reply... I start thinking that the problem is about the users, and not with Xpango... Use Gmail, so you know if your message gets to the destiny or not lol
