hello. I now have the required credits for a nokia 5800 and already emailed xpango. I did not follow the rules at the beggining but then I earned the credits on properly way and I explained that on the email. So now, Im waiting to my account to be accepted but Im afraid that it takes longer than 1 week... since I saw other people who said it took more than 1mounth.

Till the moment I have no complains about Xpango. My support tickets were answered in maximum 24 hours plus all my referrals who have completed an offer, gave me 1 credit for each.

Till now I'm 100% satisfied Let's see if my satisfaction continues like that

Well... to be recorded:

Won the required credits on 7 sep.
Emailed Xpango on 7 sep.
Last email received on 9 sep when they said they would look for what I did wrong at the beggining and to exchange the credits for my gift : )

Have they already been in touch with you about what you did wrong? And have you been cleared of all charges so to speak?

If they haven't and you've done something seriously wrong then don't be surprised if they ban you, and don't take it as a scam if they do... it would be your own fault for breaking the rules.

HOWEVER, if they've said you've learnt from your mistake and you are all good again then there should be no problem and you'll receive your gift soon!

today, when I was trying to enter in my account, It was saying the following:

"Your account has been flagged by our security system.

This could be for a variety of reasons, but is often because the account has been accessed from an IP Address that has been banned by our system in association with Fraudulent activity.

To request a member of our support staff to review your account with the possibility of it being re-enabled - please contact us via the address below and detail your full address details, including the location of your computer and whether it is a shared computer or not.
A member of our customer services team will aim to respond within 24 - 48 hours of receiving your query."

I know why this happened, because I didn't read the rules, and I spoke with several people who gave me their details such as their name, and adress and I completed several times the offer WorldWinner. After that, and without any credit won. I read the rules and realized that I commited a mistake doing that. So I started earning credits in the right way, by referring friends and completing offers. At the moment I had 12 credits won honestly: 8 friends refered and 2 offers completed plus a credit from Facebook (Friday giveaway). I learned the lesson and I don't want to earn those credits again, cause now I'm waiting for 5 credits to be added so I have 17 in total (nokia 5800 gift). So I beg you to do something about it, I won't make any mistake again, I only did cause I don't knew what I was doing. I even said on facebook what I did, I was very regretful.

Please analise my situation and reply me with a good answer.

I created several accounts with those persons details, and used their email accounts to verify those accounts. I did not know I can't do that since they didn't thrust in entering in the website.

Of course I learned from my mistake I won't do that anymore... I now realised that if we play cool and by their rules, my gift will get at my home, and I will be happier cause it was all by the rules and not by freakin ways xD



I can't wait to see the gift image turn green =D

Got an awnser from Xpango Support today... it seems that I did other things wrong lol :S But I already fixed my mistakes against the rules of the system/website.
