9 months and no credits

Hi I completed the HSBC and Santander Current Bank Account offers on 10th December 2010 but haven't received the credits yet. I have sent lots and lots of emails, lost count. I got a couple a replies asking for more details but the heard nothing since. I quite like xpango and have received 2 gifts so far and would like to get more. I know they are slow to reply etc and have been patient with my other problems and most have been resolved but it shouldn't take this long to receive credits.

What do you want from us ! Im sure you got those gifts only when you waited patiently, have a little more and you might have 3 !

Unfortunately some offers do not track as well as others. There is a chance the offer has not tracked or there may be some other issue.

I would make sure you have all the proof and print screens you may need and contact Xpango again. There's a chance Sam will come on here and see your post though.
