Hey,
I tried poker and surveyscout offer.Its like 9days ago when I did it.But I dont have any points and when I take a look in details,theres just: Total Xpango Offers Participated In: 0.

Ive got some questions too.

Can you send gifts to Czech Republic?
Wont there really be any taxes?
Can I exchange points to money?(support told me I cant,I am confused now)

Hang on in there,for some reason or other support seems to be slow at the moment.
Send in a ticket with your queries and im sure they will get back to you.

Hey There, Which Poker offer did you complete ? If you took part in Poker Strategy then im afraid that offer takes a bit of time. I hope you followed all the instructions mentioned on the website. Just becoming a member of survey scout does not earn you a credit. That is why i suggest you to read the instructions carefully before completing any offer.

I suppose Xpango sends gift to every country in the world without charging you any shipping or levying any taxes. However you only get the option of cash when Xpango thinks it is the best option (when they believe it is not possible for them to get your gift on time or its not available or it would cost them more)

Yup, Survey Scout is not a free offer, you have to pay to join and earn money by participating in their surveys, I think they do offer a refund on your membership fee if you decide that it's not for you. Just joining without becoming a full member does not earn you Xpango credits.

I did the paddypower offer and emailed them the welcome registration email as requested about 10 days ago; they are running a bit slow at present. Must be that time of the month

I'm not worried though, same thing happened with the last 2 things I got off them and it did eventually clear, so just a case of waiting.

Where i have to pay survey scout fee ? I registered on site surveyscout.com but login works only on survey Survey Scout Research . And i dont find any information about paying $35 for membership.

You could well be right, I've just had a look and it seems there is no info on paying a subscription cost and under the FAQ it does state:

Q: Do I have to pay anything to join?
A: No, it is free to use our product.

I know for a fact they used to charge a membership fee when i last looked at it but this appears to have changed, however it could be a hidden fee who knows.

I think this calls for clarification from Xpango.

Oh hang on, looks like you might have been diverted to different site (Survey Scout Research) which looks like it's free but the actual Survey Scout site does state that it is $34.95 to join. It states it here on the knowledgebase:

Just to confirm that the Survey Scout offer does require a subscription as Smudge mentions. Poker Strategy also requires you to earn 15 points before you are credited for this offer, however this is quite easy to do.

If you are missing credits for this (or any other offer) just send us an email and we can check into this for you promptly.

Jeccy - we are waiting for Paddy Power to update their records, hopefully this will happen this week.
