Slow response from xpango support


I have reached the 10 credit minimum required to cashout on xpango and let them know i have done so about 4 days ago and still haven't heard a response on how to proceed. I have requested a moneybookers cashout but they told me that they send out cash only when i can't receive the physical gift. They told me I have the option to receive 80pounds amazon, so I opted for that. From what I have read around the forum I figure that they sent users 10 pounds per credit instead of 8 and that they did sent out moneybookers or paypal payments, am I right?

Edit: I have sent them 2 support tickets and no response.

Give Sam time, it is well known that the Xpango support is not lightning fast, but they get there in the end. Sam may possibly come on here and answer your question.

I haven't actually received anything from them directly yet so not 100% sure about their rates and response times but I do know that their referral rates are lower than other site, though easier to get (because you can complete offers yourself.)

I would assume that they offer £10 per credit for gifts, paypal and moneybookers and maybe £8 per credit for Amazon Vouchers as they cannot reclaim the tax.

9 days in and no response...I actually signed up on xpango back in 2009, i think. I've been on and off the site these couple of years completing offers I was genuinely interested in and trying to refer friends. These guys offer a great service and I'm very eager to get my hands on those vouchers. So hurry up guys! :P

taking into account that it's the weekend, I hope to hear from them on monday/tuesday...If not, I'm going to send another support ticket. I realize that i'm being impatient but i'm really anxious to get my gift before I go off to school (amazon's got some great civil engineering handbooks). Hope these guys can help me out

14 days have passed and still no response. I've just sent them a support ticket, hope to hear from them soon.
