I've been holding back on commenting on any of these threads but I've just about lost patience. I've been contacting xpango about 2 untracked credits and in 5 weeks I've received one response, asking me for a screen shot for one of the offers, they haven't even got around to looking at the other ticket. It's driving me mental, especially after I've been so used to the service received from FJ and Kudos (which is brilliant, even when they have other things on their mind e.g. Babies or redesign haha). As far as I'm concerned, once I've spent my credits I'm giving up on xpango all together. 3 weeks for a reply to an email just isn't on in my opinion.

Hi Guys,

We have been exceptionally busy with customer queries at the moment and have staff on holiday which hasn't helped. We have a new staff member joining the team next week which will significantly improve our support resource and we do appreciate your patience in the meantime.

M_atty, I will make sure your account is looked at and you get a response, however I'm not sure it's completely fair to bash us after the the efforts we made to ensure you had a replacement sent for your first gift and the trouble we then had in getting a response from you to get a duplicate gift returned from you in a timely fashion. You are indeed entitled to your opinion, but I don't see any mention of the gift you have already received and the service we provided to you at the time.

I appreciate that you're going through a busy period, but you could have prevented the large number of threads complaining about the slow service if you'd just created a thread on here explaining that support may be slower than usual for a while.

I agree that I failed to comment on previous service received from you, I've fell way behind on my IGMFI threads. I'll try and update these at some point this week.

Just had an email from Sam (thanks for the message); Xpango's got a delay getting confirmation from Paddypower. Apparently should be sometime next week, fingers crossed
