| Well done getting the 14 credits, I think Xpango usually only do money orders if they can't deliver to your location. Verification time varies quite a bit. |

| Hmmm yea, they really need to upgrade their system if they seem to be 'losing' all these support tickets. If that's not the problem then just reply to more support tickets

| "losing" them, is their poor excuse for having terrible customer service. I wouldn't go near xpango until they seriously sorted out their response times.

| Hi Alfredo, I've checked our records and you were sent a reply over 3 days ago. I can only assume you did not receive this, but the response detailed that we only offer cash alternatives if we cannot deliver a gift to your country of residence. Also, for those mentioning our customer service I think it's a little harsh to flame us when presumably you haven't actually tried our service? We get the odd post in here about response times but which network doesn't? Unfortunately members are far more likely to moan about this than actually take the time to come here and say they had a good experience with our support. I can assure you our response times are pretty good and are something we continue to improve. Thanks Sam
