I've had the same issue, no record of me depositing money. Supplied receipt and still waiting for a reply.

Started a thread on here, how many other people might have done it for me and are new to it so wont chase it up?

Mate I wouldn't worry too much, I've had every single one of my missing credits over the years come good. It just takes time. Nothing you can do but wait.

Hi Guys,

We are having some reporting issues with this offer at the moment - if you have completed this or are about to then just email us your DOND Username and we will get you credited right away. The offer is tracking, its just tricky for us to identify which members have completed it, but we are working to get this resolved.

Matt - an email has been sent to you about your participation, as far as I can see this is the only one which hasn't tracked so to date, which is bad luck! But we should be able to get this manually added for you.

Smudge, for the avoidance of doubt. I am a massive xpango fan and I have every confidence that my credits will be added. However when credits have to be chased up, as I cannot contact referrals more than once, how do I know that they have not done this offer, then thought it is a scam and given up?

credits apparently happened today and my email was supposed to be answered within 48 hours.

Of 83 signups I haven't got a single credit and my order still hasn't been placed??

This isn't good really

Personally i think xpango should increase their support a bit. They does reply but away too late but still a worthy network to work with.

Matt,

What sort of method are you using to promote Xpango with? Most of our members who use websites or refer friends who typically see a better rate than you mention so if you want to PM or email us with details we will be happy to advise on tips to improve your ratios.

Secondly, we emailed you on Monday stating that we would pass your details to our advertiser. It's now Wednesday and 48 hours has just about passed. I do appreciate that it is frustrating to wait, but to say it isn't good isn't particularly fair, we will chase our advertiser again, but they may well come back to us tomorrow. We have many, many other members to assist so would appreciate a little more patience, I'm sure you will be credited very shortly. At which point we can then push ahead with the custom order we are specifically helping you with.

And to clarify, I have used similar methods to normal, promoting on facebook and youtube have given me the majority of my traffic.

In my opinion and to clarify this is not a dig at Xpango this offer isn't very good for xpangos image.

As mentioned in previous posts I like xpango, I like the fact that you can do multiple offers, their customer service is brilliant if a little slow.

However Deal or no deal bingo closing accounts for no reason isn't really on, I did this offer in good faith. I know some of my referrals have too.

The above is to make people aware of how deal or no deal are, xpango on the other hand I would still thoroughly recommend.

eonbar, i could have done. I have done amny offers so i'm unsure, i really hope I haven't accidently done something which will jeapordise me getting my gift

I replied stating that it wasn't a very good business modelt o simply dismiss people with no proper reasoning.

If I had completed an offer of a related company it would have been nice of them to let me know instead of the blunt message I have received.

Hi Matt,

We have queried this with the account manager but haven't been told why this happened. Apparently your registration was picked up and voided by their fraud team, so there has obviously been a problem somewhere along the line.

As eonbar mentions, it may be because you have registered withthem before? This is the reason why we haven't been credited by them for your offer completion, but I would also stress that we've had quite a few members complete this offer and this is the only case we have experienced of this scenario.

They have told us that their customer support team will liase with you, so perhaps they will provide you with a greater insight into the problem.

Thanks xpango, i've sent you an email too (sorry to badger you) as mentioned i'm off on holiday so would love this to be sorted before I go

Also to make it clear, above when i said not good was not a reference to xpango, simply to my situation.

Although you have many other customers and have had a slight delay in responding your customer service has been excellant.

My comment about not knowing who to get my next freebie with has definitely been answered with the way you have handled this whole situation!

Done Pingo now to get the credits I need

If this isn't sorted before my holiday I can just go for the archos tablet anyway so no big deal either way, would be nice to take on holiday. If not/if I can actually be patient i'd get a better tablet lol
