Support replying time

Hello.
Has anyone contacted Xpango recently and received a reply? If yes, how long it took?
I have sent an e-mail 3 days ago and haven't got a reply yet so I wanted to know how is the replying time right now.

Xpango does take some time, I got a reply in 2 weeks.

I just started working with xpango with my social group. This is really scary that they are replying in 2 Weeks !! Hope via exceem forum, i could short out any problem within days.

My problem was solved few days ago.
Happy to say that Xpango was very helpfull and solved it quickly.

I find xpango very helpful, as stated above though you do have to wait for your reply.

Ok little miffed after defending xpango I have sent an email on the 20th and am yet to receive a reply
