![]() | Query about XpangoHi all I've read through some of the stuff on the forum about Xpango, and someone asked if they could get cash for their 10 credits? I've 13 credits and wondered if it's possible to get cash from Xpango, or amazon vouchers perhaps? Like some of the other networks do. If this possible what's the rate for each credit? If this isn't possible that's cool, i'll just continue to work on enough credits for something i fancy. Thanks |

![]() | Xpango doesn't offer money or amazon vouchers in the site but they say that they can arrange that with the user. Just send them an e-mail about your situation and for sure you will get back with payment. |

![]() | Hi Guys, This is correct, we will offer Amazon Vouchers and custom orders for Exceem members. Just send us a support email with your request and we will do our best to arrange this for you. Thanks Sam

![]() | Hi Guys, Going forward; please can you help by directing these questions to the support team. (support@xpango.com) We can answer the questions on Exceem but I'm trying to get general queries sent to the support team. To clarify; when members apply for gifts we use a ratio of 1 credit = £10 We are not a cash incentivised network so we offer members Amazon Vouchers if they wish to place a custom order. The Amazon Vouchers are reduced in value by 20% as we are unable to reclaim VAT on them. (20%) If you take this into account then 10 credits can be exchanged for £80.00 of Amazon Vouchers. Hope that's helped confirm. Ross
