Xpango URL Shortener

First things first:

1)This Thread acts as a question to Sam (Xpango). I know it's public, but I think that seeing as it potentially involves anyone who wants to be involved, then it deserves to be public

2) This is in no way happening as of yet.

Was wondering if anyone would be interested in a URL Shortening Service for Xpango.

Because, I'm not going to lie, I think that xpango.com/?ref=######## looks pretty ugly (No offence guys at Xpango(You're doing a great job

So I think something like go.xpango.co/4h8r would be better. Or if this gets approved: xpango.co/4h8r.

Of course it would be 100% Opt In.

So yup. Would just like to know if you think that this is something that you would like to see...or not...

Oh, and as a personal preference, please could we not have any comments such as: 'you should have taken this up with Xpango before you go posting on a public forum blah blah blah'. I'm just doing this to help

i think the idea is quite good because as you say the ref links atm look rather ugly

A regular numbered ref link like FJ and Kudos would work great.
