Done this before actually (using the premade Xpango email) and got a few reds from it. But you can only individually enter the emails in 10s! So time consuming!! Might try it again though.

Hi All, I still have £32.20 in my CJ account... how come I've not been paid this yet?! Been a few months I'm sure!

Min payout is £25, so not quite sure why they haven't paid me yet. By the looks of it my last credit was in June (13th ish) so why have I not had my payout 2 months later?!

Log into your CJ account and click on Payment Status at the top of the screen. This will show you what you have set your minimum payment to. The network's minimum is £25 but I have mine set at £50. You may have done the same

It does say this:
Please edit your tax information to be eligible for payment.

But I don't have tax details!

That's why they haven't paid you then as you haven't filled in their tax requirements.

If you click to edit your tax information you will need to fill in a W8-BEN (Think that's what it is called) in order for them to send you any payout.
