Xpango some problems, slow response.


Hi, i ask you different question but i still waiting answer.

The more important question is about partypoker.com and partycasino.com

I'm Italian and if i try to register on partycasino.com or partypoker.com i,m redirect to italian website partycasino.it and partypoker.it

Can i register on the italian website and gain credits?


I still waiting a credit for my registration and play to GameHouse Funpass.

Last question why you take very long time to reply at email?

Party casino and party poker are international offers so you should be able to do them on the local sites but I'd wait untill Xpango confirm it.

It's a bit time consuming getting the 5 party points, I'd also check if it's okay to do both the offers (as they are effectively linked)

I receive a confirm from xpango staff. I can play on italian website of partypoker and partycasino and gain credits.

Xpango staff reply and fix all my questions.

Not realy

I complete the procedure and send email with screenshot for obtain my credits at 06 april. Still waiting for credits. I try to contact many times xpango but without success. Sigh

Is the contact us webform working? I've sent 2 emails now, re non credit and I am yet to receive a response.
i also bought some clix yesterday morning and the credit is yet to go on my account and the clix are yet to start going through?

It is nothing nothing new. They are delaying because they want to give a chance to that you forget about your credits. They are cheater gang, everybody knows.

i still WAITING.... no news... no answer....

Please give me my credits! It's only your problem if you have difficult with party poker staff.
