Just tried logging into my Xpango account and can't seem to remember my email I signed up with, so tried using the 'Password Reminder' and it just refreshes the same page when I try it and nothing happens.

Google Chrome.

I've tried it with both of the emails I would have used and neither does anything, I did complete an offer to verify too so a little annoyed.

I've just tested it out,

If you use firefox it's working 100% fine for me, just recieved an email stating my password (Even though I didn't forget

Hi JDub,

I see the problem and it looks like something we need to get fixed. Basically if you enter the correct email address for your Xpango account, the form submits correctly and delivers your email/password reminder.

If you don't enter the correct email address, it refreshes. We will get this fixed.

In the meantime, if you want to PM me any details you have about your account, Ref ID, name/email, I can get this looked at for you.

Just a quick addition to this offer, the extra credit is for Exceem members who make a valid contribution to this forum or are already existing exceem members.

Registering on exceem only to take advantage of this promo does not qualify you for the extra credit.

Ah actually, that wasn't meant as a direct reply to Shoukat, he/she has been credited with the extra credit and no problem there, it's more the volume of PM's I've seen from new exceem 'members' with 0 posts asking for WorldWinner credits!
