![]() | Xpango SupportI have been following the discussions about xpango here, and found that most of the problems that users face is because of one common cause - Xpango is very slow in responding to support mails. This causes uneasiness among the users, and so they post negative comments here. I have also seen that the most of the issues escalated here ultimately gets resolved. Seeing this, other xpango users take this route for quick resolution to their problems. What Xpango should do: 1. Provide quicker support. Recruit more support staff. (Is Emma onboard already?) If you think of it, FJ can handle apparently higher volumes than Xpango in less time. 2. Establish and maintain proper timescales for resolution. Announce that all emails would be answered within 3 days. Or 7 days. Or 10 days. Choose your own timescales, but stick to it. If that becomes clear, no one would post here within the timescale. If you need more time for a particular issue (e.g. verification), keep the user informed. Apart from this, I am loving Xpango so far.... Last edited by joker189; 05-09-10 at 10:46 AM.. |
