 | Rummy Royal credits not received for half a yearI completed the Rummy Royal offer on the 8th March. Since then I haven't received any credits, however I sent Xpango the e-mail that Rummy Royal sent me as a confirmation about that I completed the wagering requirements for my request. Also they could track I signed up through them. I also sent my playing history to prove this to Xpango, but they didn't credit my account for almost half a year now. It is very disappointing to wait that much. |

 | DeerHunter - Is there any need to register purely to post this? We have been trying for quite some time to get you credited for this offer, of which crediting has been out of our control. If the advertiser doesn't respond to us then our hands are tied. Whilst this is very unusual, we have continued to chase this for you. You have been credited for every other offer you have completed and whilst we appreciate this outstanding offer is frustrating, we have done everything we can at this stage. Registering and posting just about this is not beneficial. Sam

| I too needed to wait a long time to be credited with the 888.com offer, but i was credit with them, so DeerHunter just wait a little longer and you will see that the credits will came! |

On the other hand, yes, it is true that I received all my credits so far, but let us not forget that in several cases only after making a complaint because of delay.   | Because it is very unlikely that Rummy Royal pay directly to Xpango, there is generally another company inbetween. Even if you have met the requirements, if the affiliate company do not agree then Xpango will not get paid, its as simple as that. These things look very simple from the outside, but their are often many more stages. |

| My Rummy Royal took a while to come through, Xpango credited me as soon as they got confirmation. Winging on here will not help your cause, it's down to the advertisers to pay the commissions mate. To be honest if your getting involved by personally chasing Rummy Royal yourself then you could end up making matters worse. Rummy Royal might decide that you, as a customer of Rummy Royal are not worth paying for, if you get my drift. Someone somewhere is paying for your free gift remember. Patience |

| Deerhunter, Whilst you may have spoken to Rummy Royals customer support, who confirmed you had deposited, this is not the representative who manages their affiliate program and decides whether or not to credit us for your offer participation. We have spoken the our advertiser (again) this week and they have promised to resolve this as soon as possible. Please be assured that we are doing everything we can to get this credited for you, but unfortunately until they action our requests, we can only keep chasing. Sam
