Clix

On the FAQ it says the Clix packages average a conversion rate of 1 in 35 - so a package of 250 would average 7 credits? How much is a credit worth and how probable is it that there would be a positive return on your clix investment?

Cheers...

from personal experience I would say that that was way off the mark, I do know that Xpango were looking to change the way that clix was promoted.. I believe it to be banner advertising.. clix to me was just a good way of getting the final credit to get my psp.

Perhaps Xpango or their new support superstar would care to elaborate.

Hi Xploit,

I'll have a good look at our ratios tomorrow and come back with a more detailed response!

Thanks

Sam

Right, just an update on our Clix System as promised!

Xpango credits are worth around the £10 mark for 1 credit, of which you do also receive 1 credit for your purchase.

We have a number of advertising campaigns set-up which are designed to deliver visitors to the website and these are set to target those which may be interested in Xpango, so for example we have banners on technology related websites, as well as running extensive PPC campaigns such as those we run on sites such as Google Adwords.

I would estimate from looking at our recent stats that conversions are probably slightly lower at present than 1 in 35 and will ensure the website is adjusted to document this, I would estimate closer to 1 in 50-60 judging by recent figures. These figures do vary, sometimes rates will be higher than average, sometimes lower.

However, I would also expect these to improve once we launch our new website and more importantly, our new video to go with it and will ensure we give some further feedback once this happens.

Hope that helps,

Sam
