Is logging on to exceem just to post up new offers not just a form of spam?

Az87aris - How exactly is that spam!? We posted some information about new offers that some of our members here may not be aware of?

In addition to being more active on here recently, we thought we'd share some information that others may be interested in. The other networks on here post when they have new offers, perhaps they have different rules in your eyes?

If that doesn't include you then please don't waste your time with negative and frankly ridiculous responses.

That is very true, they do come on here to post about new offers, but they come on here regularly to answer members questions and are active members. It just seems like you come on here just to post new offers and then disappear again.

az87aris - For the record we have been more active on exceem recently, especially responding to member queries. In addition to this we posted some information regarding offers that may have been of interest to members.

You may notice there are no links to these offers.

So we try and be a bit more active, both in support and info and then we see comments such as yours appearing, which there is absolutely no need for.

There is very litle point in asking a site to be more proactive and then complain when they are!!

What I would like to see is Xpango make a re-introduction explaining how they work, how they differ from other sites in that they are a combination of self completed offers and referrals, explain how the number of referrals/credits does not relate to other sites so a direct comparison is not straightforward.

Lots of potential members come on here and read the negatives, which I must admit sometimes seems to be founded, it would be nice to see another site promoted in a positive light on here.....

I would also like to see an explanation/reworking of the Clix system, no other sites allow you to directly purchase your offer completion (rather than the 3 green option offered by others)

Thanks for your feedback, very much appreciated.

I will ensure a post is made with a clear explanation and explaining the differences as I know some members make a direct comparision re referral rates, when actually both systems are different.

One of the main problems we have (and I'm sure other networks have) is giving a good explanation of how Xpango works. We have some flash animation at present, a clear diagram and some good FAQs but I'm sure a lot of potential members either don't understand it, or simply think its too much to read!

So this is an area we are looking to significantly improve in. How? Well it's not easy but we are working on a new 'how it works' video. The aim of the video will be to give a much better understanding of how Xpango works and as far as I'm aware will be something not seen before on any other freebie site.

Hopefully potential members will be able to watch a 2 min video and have a great understanding of how Xpango works. In addition to this, any referrals you make are more likely to earn you credits as they will have a far better understanding too.

The video is one of a number of new developments we have planned and we hope to have the video completed in about a month from now. Once we do, we will share it here so everyone can see what they think of it.

Personally, I'm pretty excited about the video, hopefully it won't be too long before it's finished and we can share it here too.
