![]() | What is happening at Xpango!!I joined Xpango hoping to gain refferals and complete offers in order to obtain a new Iphone. When nearly all of the offers state 'credited normally within 7 days' I thought that sounded fairly decent. My refferals went through straight forward enough, however I have had trouble with getting credits for almost all of the offers I have completed. I was hoping to have had my Iphone by now but the length of time its taking to get credited it looked like it was going to be 2014 before i received my gift. Having purchased an Iphone now I have changed my gift on xpango to something more realistic as I only require 4 more credits to obtain this. However I have been waiting for credit confirmation from 2 offers for the last 2 months and now my support tickets are not getting answered. I have been considering completing an offer that requires Manual Crediting, but if my tickets are going unanswered then this seems pointless as the last Manually Credited offer I put in took nearly 3 months to sort out. What is happening at Xpango. Does anyone actually receive their gifts. I am now wondering if this is a legit site or not. Has it gone 'Down the Pan' so to speak. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Just have to hope support answers you, we are not allowed to talk about xpongo any more unless we are saying how their support is great and the network is the best in the world.

If you don't use xpango and can't actually help answer the question then there's no need to reply to a thread in this section is there?!

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | so if I had replied saying, sorry mate but their customer support is ****. which it is then I wouldn't have had a warning.... yer right. I do have an account with Xpango but refuse to use it as their track record is poor, hence no exceem approved network. I agree with you promoting other networks within a networks section isn't fair, but what do people expect when there are way better networks who they could benefit from.

![]() | @doozer, Just for the record, Xpango is a legitimate site, people do receive their gifts. Xpango are slow, everyone knows that. The way the system works is that the advertisers have to pay up before your credits and gift is awarded to you. In the good old days that probably happened very quickly (and still sometimes does) Looking at it from an advertisers/merchants point of view, these type of promotions offered on all types 'freebie' websites are attracting a massive volume of what some merchants might call undesirable customers (ie. the type of customers that the merchants will never make a huge profit from, to a greater extent will probably suffer a loss) Therefor it may come as no surprise that advertisers are in no rush to pay the commissions to the affiliates. Either that or Xpango are simply hanging on to the hard cash for a long as possible? That is anyone's guess. Hang in there, I got my 32" Sony HDTV for almost zero currency laid out on my part. The only thing I sacrificed was time. Hope that helps somewhat. |

![]() | Hi Dozer, I can see from our records that a support ticket was sent to you yesterday, providing you with an update. You have credits waiting for 2 offers, which we are waiting for an update from our advertiser on. We have chased and chased the company involved and are very close to getting this one sorted out, but our hands are tied on this until they credit us. We have kept you updated throughout this process and will continue to do so, although I do expect this to to be resolved within the next few days now. As mentioned in our email, we do apologise for this situation and are doing our upmost to get it resolved for you and a couple of other members as swiftly as possible. Thanks Sam

![]() | Thank you very much for the explanation Sam. The reply's to my support tickets have been the same for the last 4 or 5 tickets so it had looked like I was getting fobbed off and this has been going on since May. I understand that you have to wait for credit, but I have been getting answers to tickets saying this will be sorted in 7 days so you see my issue is when the time has finished I have no option but to raise another ticket to find out what is going on, then I get the same answer. Thank you for the explanation and I eagerly await the next few days. Cheers Smudge for your reply, it helped very much. Deep down I did think it was a legit site but because support tickets are are taking ages to answer and credits are taking not days but months, it does make you think. |

![]() | Hi Doozer, I believe there has been no change since our previous update to you, we are still chasing this. As mentioned in our last email to you, we will update you as soon as we hear back from the advertiser. Thanks Sam
