| blah blah blah | freebiejeebies and kudos both have "points" sites which allow you to do offers yourself and gain points. More points you get, the better gifts you get.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | As said above both kudos and FJ do point sites that allow you to do offers yourself like xpango.

![]() | i agree Xpango are slow at sending out gifts and slow to answer emails. I have first hand experience of this. However if you look carefully at the overall points/credits that are required to get the rewards, Xpango generally offer better value. Consequently you need to gain more points/credits on FreebieJeebies to get a reward of equal value on Xpango. FreebieJeebies 'points' website has a lot more offers than Xpango, I hear you get better and faster service. However it is significantly more 'expensive' Last edited by Smudge; 19-06-10 at 01:58 PM.. |

| iPod Shuffle | I personally have had nothing but bad experiences with FreebieJeebies sites and the gifts are much more expensive, which is one reason I switched to Xpango. Last edited by Emma; 02-07-10 at 09:39 AM.. |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | How can you rate FJ lower than Xpango? What bad experiences have you had, if you don't mind sharing? I signed up to xpango years ago but it all seemed way too much hard work as nothing is explained properly, FJ is the best thing i've ever signed up to (apart from freepay because that was easy money!).

![]() | Come on guys, random sniping is for 12 year old You Tube posters. I've been very critical of Xpango on occasions and I am also quick to defend them. I reckon that Xpango are a lot bigger than the few users that find their way on to this forum, hence they probably can't handle the volume of work they have to deal with. They have been pretty good with me, I have no huge issues other than the delays which to a certain extent is unavoidable. Similar to getting cash commissions for the same offers via a cashback site. ![]() | OK Guys, are these continual negative comments really necessary? I think (as we have discussed before) that some of you haven't even used Xpango before, yet you continually flame us in this section of the forum! For the record, we do get very busy and this is something we are working to address, but we also reply to all members and send out many, many gifts as part of this. Unfortunately a small percentage of members sometimes grow impatient of waiting for gift verification (normally those outside the UK, which can take slightly longer to verify) and google 'Xpango' and end up on exceem and make 1 post about waiting for their gift. Even more unfortunate is that these members often do not return once they have received their gift to post some positive feedback, which can paint a negative picture. We are working on a large number of developments for Xpango, many of which we would love to share here, but at present I'm finding it very difficult to justify contining to visit when I continually see these types of comments. If you haven't got anything positive to say, why bother with such comments? Fair enough, FJ & Kudos are obviously popular here and hats off to them, that's not easy, but with over 2 million members Xpango is no small fish and let's not forget, our system is quite different in terms of model. We can go one of two ways with this, if I'm wasting our time being here because I'm continually having to defend ourselves then we will leave exceem and let you guys get on with it. Alternatively, I can try and increase our presence here and try to contribute a bit more, we could look at some incentives for members etc and bring a bit more to the table shall we say? Your call. If you are going to become more and more present on here don't just do when you have some offers then vanish again which seems to have been the way things have gone with xpango. You will notice a good increase in love should you have a regular presence on here and that in turn will lead to more people giving your sites a go. Your move

I concur. I considered using Xpango, read the comments on here about people having to wait weeks and months for support, or generally not receiving their items, so I didn't bother. This was not helped by your lack of presence to answer questions. If you picked up the thread straight away, explained what the issue is/was publicly on the boards, or even just said that you would be in contact with them soon, or just something to give confidence to people who may be reading the thread. Unless you have this public interaction, you won't get the good feedback from members here. If you have more discussions here, people would be more likely to thank you for their gifts. It works both ways. If you're supposedly too busy to answer emails or respond to forums, then either hire more staff or don't bother. If you responded to your emails, your users would therefore have no reason to complain, therefore gaining trust in your service, and them then posting up their success. Don't just whine about these people moaning, because, to be quite honest, if you can't answer support questions, what can you do? It would be interesting to see your figures of growth, and if you've actually taken anyone else on to cope with this growth. If you've got however many million people using your site, you need to be able to cope with that. If you can't, as I said, don't bother. | |

![]() | Okay here is my synopsis. Xpango users are far more likely to come on this forum if they have a problem or a grievance of some sort. I have no experience of what level of delays are experienced with FJ or Kudos, or what sort of email response times they have but this forum is geared to promoting FJ/Kudos. Xpango may not want to compete here, but the beauty of the internet is that it allows impartial and free discussion on a large array of endless waffle! I'd be interested in member incentives |

![]() | I can assure you we do support our members. Occasionally delays can occur when we are kept waiting by advertisers but this is part and parcel of the freebie world. This is an area we are consistently looking to improve on and do plan to implement a better process for MCRs. Thanks Sam

![]() | I have been receiving prompt support from Xpango these days with support tickets being answered in less than 24 hours. Also, being an international user, earning credits at Xpango is not really difficult as I have gained 6 credits by doing 4 offers. In fact, I think 50% of the offers are credited within 2 days after I have sent Xpango an email on my completion. Now, I am waiting for the delivery of my ipod touch 8gb! Hopefully, it will be fast. =) |
