Hello Xpango, Is that you only worked when someone start complaining about your slow support on this forum like chewyz n others?

I sent about 1 ticket every month asking my for my gift but never get replied. Now it already 3 months im so patient waiting.

How long i must waiting again?

All Xpango users suffer some slow delivery and slow credit allocation. It's pretty certain that unless there are any issues with the offers you completed (ie. merchants not paying Xpango their commission or delaying paying them their commission) then you will receive your reward, that's pretty certain but the time scale is anyone's guess.

well that obviously wasn't the case, that's why people are posting on exceem when they don't get a reply within a respectable time.

It seems i got fast response by posting here than send ticket to Xpango support team.

I got no response for 3 months, I sent support ticket last week n also not get any reply from Xpango.
