Do you mean you sent a support ticket to freebiejeebies? Your referal ID shouldnt be that long as well

Accually the referal ID is the number XXXXXX. You would be asked for your referral ID if you contacted freebiejeebies via a support ticket.

Your referral link is the whole url: []http://example.examplenetwork.co.uk/XXXXXX

Yeah, I guess so.

Previously, my queries were answered within 3-4 days so I am also expecting this one to be around the same speed.

Anyway, i am asking them with regards to my credits and also about "Emailing to my referrals". There is a one-time email option to your referrals in Xpango but it seems like it's not working.

I have sent around 100 emails to my referrals but none responded. In fact, I have sent one to my friend who is my referral but she said she did not receive any email from Xpango.

You're not allowed to put up referral links as your signature, so you'll need to take that off...

Hi terakoh,

I can confirm that our email a friend system is definitely working as normal. I just did a quick test to yahoo, hotmail, googlemail and our own systems and all delivered successfully and quickly.

I can see you are based outside of the UK, have you tried sending an email to yourself as a test?

Hi Sam,

I am not referring to the "email a friend system". I am referring to the one-time sending of email to my referrals. Could you help to verify if it is working? My referral whom she did not received the email, signed up in 2008 so could that explain why the email was not sent to her?

Also, I am checking on my credits for Binverse and UseNext offer. Appreciate if you or Xpango Admin can take a look when you have the time. Thanks.

I'm not too sure exactly what the problem is with the email - an email that was sent 2 years ago didn't deliver? :S

As our support team mentioned, the existing system is working fine for emailing your friends. If this doesn't help, please email our support team with a detailed description of the problem.

Hi Sam,

What I meant was my friend registered as my referral 2 years ago. Until recently, I started trying the "Send Message to a Referral" option in the "Summary For Referrals" page. I have sent the email to around 100 referrals including my friend. She told me that she has not received the email.

Anyway, I guess I will try again to see if it works this time round. Thanks for the help.

Just a note, tell her to check her Spam or Junk folder, as lots seems to get labelled as Spam these days!

Hey William,

Thanks for the note. I have actually asked her to check her Junk folder but there wasn't any email from Xpango. Lol, or maybe there are just too many Junk mails and hard to check for her.
