 |  Xpango sent me my Sony TVWhooop de woooooh, I know Xpango have their issues with email replies and offers not tracking etc etc........ A positive outcome has arrived. Today I received a Sony Bravia 32" HDTV delivered early this morning. The only slight moan is that the Xpango website does state it was to be a slightly higher spec than what they sent me but they did acknowledge that this was an error on their part. So anyways some positive feedback none the less. P.S. Chewyz don't get too mad!! |

| Yeah, the website did state it was "HD ready 1080p" I got the 720p version which makes sense as the 1080p full HD Samsung is 50 credits when the Sony is 40 credits??? So a slightly misleading description on the site but I kind of guessed that anyway...720p spec is fine for that size TV anyhow. How do I post up pics? |

| click post reply then click insert image, it should be in the little bar above were you type your message. It should come up with a dialog box then you just copy and paste the link from wherever you are uploading your picture. |

| I understand that if they have shoddy service normally, just getting something at all might be a relief, but I still think it is BANG out of order to send a lower specced item than described. If you bought it from a shop, you would give them a right ear full! Just because you have not given them money out of your wallet, doesn't mean you haven't spent your time and energy getting it, and getting them money in the process!

| Well done to the OP but I agree with William, it's bang out of order their support and I'm sorry, but it's why I don't use xpango when there are much better options! Good luck to chewyz, hope you get your gift soon!
