Credits not received

I am quite disappointed about that I completed 3 offers around the 22th of November, and I haven't received my credits yet. I contacted Xpango on this matter in the beginning of December, they promised me to check this, but since then no reply. It is very upsetting, and much more time has passed now than written on their homepage for offer crediting. It is not honest that Xpango offers a service, and they fail to keep the promised time frame. And it is not friendly that they do not respond at all after me having sent all the needed registration e-mails to them to check my offer sign ups.

So all in all Xpango's service is poor. I cannot recommend it to anybody. They are slow as a snail...

Yup, I agree that most credits in my experience are commonly awarded long after the 7 day time frame that they are normally supposed to be credited.
I think the point here is to understand that as with most affiliate marketing schemes fast paying advertisers are few and far between. Consequently we don't get our free gift until Xpango get paid by the advertisers which is fair enough one might say.
Maybe Xpango should reword their 'Credits are normally added within 7 days of completing this offer' statement on their website.
If you wanted to complete offers via a cashback site it would still take several months to bank the actual cash.

You mabe be right, but in this case they should warn members about these procedures. The fact that they miss to do so just makes me to be suspicious of that they are not honest. It seems like stalling. What they write suggests that members will be credited in about 7-14 days. So they would be honest in case they wrote about what you write on their web.

And just think it over that what you write is not an answer to why they don't reply. In case they have difficulties, at least they should mention that they received my forwarded registration e-mails, and that everything is on the way. Being silent doesn't suggest anything good...

I doubt any Xpango users on this forum would disagree re. the service/email response issue, nor would anyone have an answer to the reason for this other than Xpango themselves.

xpango

nearly 3 months after completing offers with xpango , some of which I still haven't been credited for , I got an email yday saying that my gift would be shipped today . I log into my account today , and lo and behold , it's been suspended due to fraudulent activity. I have always followed the rules and the only thing I can think of is that my girlfriend logged into her account from my laptop a few times , could this be the problem ? I never even received a credit for referring her almost two months ago so how can they suspend my acccount , and on the day my gift is to be shipped , its a bit of a joke at this stage . Can anyone tell me what will happen now ?

Let us know what happens, I should be on course for mine soon. A brand spanking new Sony 32" full 1080p HD Flat screen TV. Then there will be cause for celebration!

Don't let me down Xpango

Finally Xpango has given me 2 complementary credits instead of 4 credits. They wrote it is because my offer participation was not tracked. I am a bit disappointed, because I have set allowing cookies in my browser, yet this procedure didn't go smoothly. Moreover my friend who invited me didn't receive any credits for inviting me, that also makes me wonder if this crediting for invited friends is done honestly at all. After I got credited, I was deleted from his referall list, and he didn't receive anything.
