Xpango credit and order problems !

Hi everyone . Im just looking for some info on Xpango . Firstly , I completed offers for 888 poker , Jackpot city casino , Rummy Royal and Idol White nearly 2 months ago and have not yet been credited . I sent an email and got a reply asking for the emails from the companies , which i sent back , but hav not heard anything since . Is this happening to anyone else ?
Secondly , I received 13 credits for completed offers over a month ago and got an email the next day saying congratulations , you've earned enough credits for the ps3 slim and that it would be shipped in 7 to 10 days , But to date it hasn't been sent .
I've emailed several times but to no avail and I am now starting to get nervous as to whether ill ever receive my gift . I have tons of friends i could get referrals from but I won't risk it until I receive my gift .
Could someone please respond informing me one way or the other on the status of my outstanding order / credits ?

keep trying, xpango isn't really known to be fast in doing replies or anything really, so you just gotta be patient. Also because it was the holiday period there may have not been anyone working, so give it some time i say

I think it's safe to say Xpango will honor their obligations in time.

I'm also awaiting 15 missing credits, mainly for gaming/casino offers which by their very nature tend to take a long time to become validated. One of which goes back to August. Xpango are not solely to blame for the late credit awards as they rely on the advertisers to pay them I guess.

Strangely enough I've had credits show up in my account the very next day after I participated in them.

It is hard to be patient when you really want your reward. I do think Xpango should spend a bit of time just copying and pasting standard responses to emails a bit more though, I hate being ignored.

Ok ill just have to wait I guess , thanks for the info though ! Can I just ask one more thing . is FreebieJeebies faster at 1: Awarding referrals and 2: Shipping out rewards ...
