Golden Palace & PKR Credits from 2008 (maybe 2007)


I joined PKR on 14/03/2008 for 2 credits and Golden Palace I think about xmas time 2007 for 4 credits. I have sent numerous emails regarding these missing credits but with no success. I did receive a number of responses saying Xpango were still looking into these credits but after a while they stopped responding to my emails.

The dates that I can recall sending emails regarding these credits are as follows -

22/01/2008, 11/02/2008, 19/02/2008, 06/03/2008, 31/05/2008, 24/06/2008, 11/07/2008, 18/08/2008 plus a recent email and others which I did not save.

I was asked to send a PM by Sam on this thread http://www.exceem.co.uk/forums/xpang...rt-emails.html and did so on 14/10/2008 and again on 23/10/2008. Again I have not heard anything.

Xpango - Can you please respond to me?!

Jayoo - as far as I'm aware all members who had outstanding credits for these offers were delt with at the time, most were credited but there were some exceptions. Unfortunately the queries above are over 2 years old and we no longer work with either of the companies you mention above. Apologies for this, we do try to ensure all members are credited for missing participations.

Chewyz - Apologies for the delay in getting this matter resolved for you. Another member of our team has been dealing with this and we have had some delays in getting orders processed, especially for those outside of the UK in recent weeks, however we are working to get this sorted asap.

A member of staff will be emailing you within the next 24 hours to update you on this.

Sam,

The queries are over 2 years old because of Xpango not because of anything I have done. I reported the problems at the time and as far as I know customer services were dealing with them. This is totally unacceptable behaviour from a company who declare and pride themselves on "excellent customer support".

In my opinion the LEAST Xpango could do is to compensate me with the credits that were not properly chased up.

Your bumping a thread thats 5 months old, which we've already stated our position on? We delt with your queries at the time, as best we could and did all we could to get you credited. As I mentioned before, we no longer work with these companies. We cannot compensate you for an issue that is over 2 years old.

Why not email our support team with these comments, rather than decide to raise this (again) on a oublic forum?

On another note, I believe your currently verifying for a gift from us? I'm therefore somewhat surprised that you've chosen to come back to exceem after 5 months and bump this post? If you still wish to claim this gift from Xpango, I suggest you take up your issues with our support team, rather than here.

I am normally on your side, but that last paragraph sounds like a threat, which is unacceptable in my opinion.

It's not a threat at all, I'm simply requesting for the member to communicate with us via email, rather than bumping old threads in public forums.

Perhaps I should have phrased this differently, but I simply meant there is no mention of the pending gift and given the member member is bumping threads it doesn't sound as if they are too interested in receiving their gift. Please don't interpret this as anything else.

I would much rather the member in question received their gift from Xpango as this might then help to put to bed the above issues.

Hopefully this clarifys my previous post.

WELL out of order, this does read as a threat, it sounds like you are saying 'if you slag off my company on here, i wont give you the gift that you earned' this comment from you has put my views on your company well down! Disgraceful!!

And im pretty sure it would be illigal to claim that they would forfit their gift because they are effectivly giving you a bad review

I really don't see what you guys are on about, you read things in the wrong way! He is simply just saying that it can't be dealt with here due to Sam not knowing his account details ect. If he contacted support then there would be a record and be easier to deal with.

I agree that he could of worded it a bit better but i'm sure his intentions was not to be threatening but to inform.

Exactly - I even came back to explain the wording.

Disgraceful? I asked the member to email us rather than raising issues in the forum, with the addition that we hope the member receiving their gift will help to make up for any other disappointment. Not really sure how I can explain that in any clearer terms...
