As I mentioned before, we no longer work with these companies. We cannot compensate you for an issue that is over 2 years old.

Why not email our support team with these comments, rather than decide to raise this (again) on a oublic forum?

On another note, I believe your currently verifying for a gift from us? I'm therefore somewhat surprised that you've chosen to come back to exceem after 5 months and bump this post? If you still wish to claim this gift from Xpango, I suggest you take up your issues with our support team, rather than here.

Sam,

Due to the lack of responses from Xpango posting on here was a last resort and as far as I know my query was not dealt with! I gave the option of dealing this outside of public view on numerous occasions. This was the only platform which seemed to draw the attention of customer services.

I'm not here to discredit the company I just want to be treated fairly. Indeed it would only serve to help me to give positive views of Xpango seeing as referrals is one way I have and will obtain credits.

I have now sent you an email including a link to this thread, can you please acknowledge that you have received it? I hope we can resolve these issues.

I am confused by some of your comments but I'll keep these reasons to myself for now.

As for the "threat", I can accept that is was down to bad wording (this is preferable to no wording!).

Regards,

Jason

I signed up to PKR poker years ago via a link on a reputable cashback site. I played poker there for months, wagered shed loads. PKR dishonoured my cashback incentive as well as loads of other people too.

Casino sites are a law unto themselves sometimes. You only have to check out the 'casinomeister' website forums to see that. I think Xpango have a duty to tell people that credits for their offers are not guaranteed, otherwise they should take the hit when merchants don't cough up.

Their terms and conditions state...

Xpango cannot be held responsible for advertisers witholding commission paid for offer completions, due to, but not limited to, lack of appropriate information, improper sign-up method, improper browser settings, offers not tracking correctly and/or a history of manual credits.

Hello, I've just read all the way through and I think that I understand your case and feel your pain. I don't use Xpango myself, but I know that if I was in the same situation I would be rather annoyed.

However, in the eyes of Xpango, I have to ask, do you have any proof of offer completion? I'm fairly sure that if you do, you should be entitled to your credits or some kind of compensation. If not, then anybody could just come on this forum and demand credits.

Also, is there any way that Xpango could have the completion of the offer on record?

But there is still no obligation for Xpango to provide the credit... just the same with any other site.

Generally the affiliate will notify xpango if the user has completed an offer.

Hi Guys,

As mentioned in the beginning of this thread, these offer completions were late 2007 and early 2008. We no longer work with either of the companies in question due to our attempts for manual crediting being unsuccessful and ignored by Golden Palace in the end. Despite trying for many months, Xpango did not get credited for these participations.

These participations were chased and chased, but unfortunately if in the very unusual circumstances where a company refuses to credit us, then there isn't an awful lot we can do, which is why we include the above statement in our terms and conditions.

The vast majority of offers track successfully and for those that don't 99% of the time we are able to get these manually credited for members and will do our upmost to ensure this happens. Unfortunately we weren't successful a couple of years back and this has also been explained to the member in question.

I would stress that the vast majority of offer completions track successfully and we only work with advertisers that we can rely on for tracking and any potential manual crediting issues that arise.

Thanks

Sam
