Bingo Cabin (Previous Offer)


Hey, has anyone done the bingo cabin offer and been credited for it? If so could you just have a look and see how many credits you got for it.

Heres the picture for a reminder:


I've recently received 2 credits for it but I was pretty sure it was meant to pay 3 credits..

I even wrote it down in my proof thing:

Just checked mine and I was credited 3. Drop Xpango an email, I'm guessing that the offer hasn't credited properly for them.

Well they havn't emailed me to say so, which is breaking the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, as they've stated I'd receive 3 credits, when I only got 2.

^ they'll probably say the advertiser had changed the terms to 2 credits. thats what happened to me with lunarpages...they still claim that giving ONE credit was fair when I had to pay for two 3month periods to get it.....

Even so if you complete the offer at the time where it states you will receive x amount of credits and they do not commit to the agreed written contract there are acts which protect you against this unless stated otherwise by Xpango, which in Xpango's T&C's the only thing it states about not received credits is:

"Xpango cannot be held responsible for advertisers witholding commission paid for offer completions, due to, but not limited to, lack of appropriate information, improper sign-up method, improper browser settings, offers not tracking correctly and/or a history of manual credits."

Throughout the whole T&C's it says nothing whatsoever about advertisers changing the payout, therefore making them excuses invalid.

^ try telling them that to get me my 3 credits hahaha even getting an extra ONE credit would be enough for me, since i paid for two 3month periods, so money wise it would be truly fair

I wouldn't mind mine first

The words I couldn't remember in my previous post was, and I quote, "As described."

(If the service received is not..."as described") you can request compensation.
