![]() | Gamehouse Signup ProblemsHello, I'm not sure if anyone else from the UK is having this problem, but for some reason I can't sign up for gamehouse. This is the billing information page, of which when i enter my details the message at the top is shown. ![]() As far as I know I'm doing it all right. In city I've tried both my town and county. But nothing is working, all the details were correct. Has anyone else had a problem with this and can help? I know it sounds dumb, but it really isn't! |

![]() | hey, i completed the gamehouse offer with my address in Glasgow, didn't have any problems signing up. Maybe your card is registered to a seperate address from the one you are signing up with? I have had that problem before with other offers... Last edited by peneus; 03-12-09 at 07:51 PM.. |

![]() | I also had this problem, and not just at Gamehouse, but at Emusic, too. Interestingly my friend had this problem as well, but when he tried signing up the second time, he funded his credit card before he tried again. And he succeeded to sign up. Interestingly after sign up both sites took about a Euro from his credit card. It is odd, as they write it is a trial version. Maybe you get these error messages, because your cards are empty. try signing up again with funded credit cards. Last edited by Sunnyboy; 04-12-09 at 01:06 AM.. |

![]() | Well I emailed them and they replied with this: Quote:
I don't have a clue what they are on about, privileged UK customer? I guess I'm already signed up but even so it could be as I have no funds, I'm poor My card is definitely resisted to the same address so that wouldn't be the problem, I thought it may have been because of the confusing and non-UK friendly address form. Thanks for the help. | |

![]() | I had the same problem. money was in my account but it kept declining. my other card worked fine... i had many probs with intuit too.. never got that one working. I believe gamehouse will try and take a small amount from your card and return it to check if the card is valid. My bank rang me because i had this on my account and it is a sign of fraud. Apparently people try take small amounts to test the card before taking larger amounts. So it is possible it is the bank fraud department that automatically stop gamehouse from doing this as it looks like fraudulent activity. Tell your bank what you are doing and it should go through. Hope this answers your question. |
