Party poker probs

Hi all.. I completed the party poker offer,,, played through for over 5 party points but offer did not track like many others in the past.

Xpango replied at first and requsted proof which i sent. they said thanks and would credit within 7 days...wks later and no credits.

i contacted party poker but they could not supply info directly to xpango so they sent me an email to forward on. i did this and as of yet still no response from xpango.

I thought their communication is much improved of late. however it seems when there is a problem they ignore you. So many untracked offers in the past have still not been credited. Xpango reply at first and then dont bother. I supplied the proof... stick to your word and credit my account.

We get told it is because it takes time for the advertisers to contact them but party poker contacted me in less than 24hrs. I should not have to wait because xpango dont want to chase up untracked offers. Once proof is given you should credit us and then it is up to you to chase the advertisers for your fees.

If anyone from xpango is reading this... please please please atleast credit me for party poker... Referral ID: 91873774... I have given up all hope on the past offers I never got as it is probably over a year now and xpango ignored all my emails about them.

Any help would be appreciated

don't worry just keep sending them support mails regarding the matter, I remember my party poker(888 poker) took AGES to credit.

I do but get not replyof reassurance.. and the last 3 offers that didn't track.. i carried on asking for about a yr til i gave up.. I put a thread up back then and was assured by one of the xpango guys they would look into it...never heard a thing after.

Do you not think xpango just give up trying on non tracked offers after a short period??

i think once you give them proof you should get your credits and up to them then to chase up the advertiser for their funds,

I was hoping that someone from xpango might comment on this.. still having no joy and still no replies.. If your advertisers aren't working properly then get rid of them.. I paid and played loads of poker to get these credits so it is annoying when i dont recieve them. Xpango... pls atleast have the decency to tell me what is happening and if i am and likey to ever recieve these credits.??????????????????

Hi Sam.. yes I did get a reply and must admit customer service seems to be improving. However, I still have not been credited????? It is now 8th december. It really does become annoying that I should have to wait so long. I am being persistent on this one as it is a matter of principle. I have even given you a copy of confirmation that was given by party poker... Is there anything I can do to get this sorted????
