HSBC offers..

Hi,

anyone had problems getting credited for doing the HSBC offers? I have done all three, the savings account, current account and credit card but havn't been credited for any. Did the first one over a month ago and have been emailing customer support but no reply yet

anyone else having the same problem?

well its nothing new that they are slow with replying, so I say just hang in there and keep sending them, you'll eventually get it. Just like me, took them about 4months to credit my lunarpages and they only gave me ONE credit!! they still have it posted at 4credits for a 3month trial......can I sue for false advertising?! lol plus i had to pay them another 3months worth of hosting just incase if i didnt I wouldnt get credited, all that for 1 credit, feel scammed....

but yea hang in there, at least you have those offers, compared to us internationals u get like 50times more offers (exaggeration)

I'm sorry that I can't give you any proper answer.

My advice would be to start with FreebieJeebies or Kudos. I've only used FreebieJeebies out of the two, but I've never had any sort of issue with not getting replies. Customer service is top notch.

thanks for the replies guys. Thing is that iv been using xpango for about 4/5 months now and never had this problem before. Im worried that they might just not be replying to me because im just about to get enough credits to receive my ps3!!

chewyz - i feel for you, must be hard work getting credits when you cant do half the offers!

amiethest - i have heard that customer service is really good on freebiejeebies but i like being able to complete multiple offers on xpango rather than just reffering friends, seems much easier to get credits that way!

Which is more than fair enough, it's the reason that most people use Xpango, but if you come up to a wall with them, it's always another option.

Update - still waiting for a reply on HSBC offers....been over 2 months now

The weird thing is that since i started emailing about the HSBC offers i had a problem being credited for the napster offer. i got replied to and credited for napster in pretty reasonable time but still not even an emailing confirmig that xpango were trying to resolve the issue of the HSBC offers or even to let me know that they had got my email and were attempting to look into it!

Has anyone else tried to do any of the HSBC account offers???

Update - Finally received credits for two of the three HSBC offers on the 25the of Feb. Xpango apologised for the length of time it took, saying that their advertiser was particularly slow in resolving the issue, so I am very grateful for all the chasing up they did.

That meant that i now have enough credits for a ps3 slim. Emailed xpango to confirm my address and got a quick reply saying that stock normally arrives around 10-14 days after a short processing period. That was on the 5th of march. But the email contained a link which was a press release from sony saying that there was a national stock shortage of the ps3 slim 120gb in the UK and that obviously would have to wait until new stock had arrived, and then i would get an email confirming despatch.

I noticed today on amazon that the ps3 slim 120gb is now back in stock so hoping to hear from xpango soon.

hey got my ps3 slim on 13th May! Really chuffed with it. Put in a picture testimonial aswell and got the credit for that today, so working towards my second gift now....
