I didn't really want to post about this as I know there have been threads about Xpango's lack of replies, but I'm confused.

I emailed Xpango for the first time on the latest gift I'm going for ages ago, and they replied in no time at all, under an hour. However, I have two offers that have not yet credited that I completed on the 15th September. I've emailed Xpango around 5 times, first on around the 30th September, and to date. I know multiple emails arn't going to help, but... Anythings worth a try.

I don't understand. Emails have been an issue with Xpango for over a year now, and I'd imagine since they first established.

HIRE MORE STAFF, Please! I love the different approach you take to things but you have to sort this out!

i know that Xpango are "less" active than FJ... you need to be patient ... they have a Lot of emails to answer ...

Yeah I know that and I am being patient, I've recieved a previous gift from Xpango before so knew what I was getting in to. All I'm saying is I don't understand why they don't hire more staff when this is clearly a massive problem for them and would lose them customers.

must agree with this post, with xpango all u can do is wait, just like how I waited over 3months just to get my lunar pages one credited, and didnt even get all of them T_T

I know, I've used them before and got 3 xbox games, I'm not sure if the effort was even worth the value of the items. Not sure why I've chosen to use them again, especially towards christmas.

It's just annoying because I live about 5 minutes away from them, the only problem is they've only got a postcode so if I did want to try and talk to someone in person I'd have to knock on every single door on that road.

I like the way you gain credits from Xpango more so than the 'refer a friend' method. I prefer doing the offers on my own as it gets done quicker... well, clearly It doesn't in Xpango's case.

I did sign up with Xpango today as I liked the idea of completing my own offers - far less stressful than harrassing all my friends by email and phone! Having read this thread I am a bit put off though. It sounds like the lack of communication is a huge ongoing problem and I think I would be at my wits end if I had to wait 50 days for a response. I don't think I would be as restrained as Wayne to be honest!

Anyway, I have decided to hold fire doing any offers for now, until some positive reviews start filtering through.
