Ah ok, I really wasn't sure because the way text sounds more serious rather than speech.. if you understand me Well, hopefully they do sort it out, I really am getting sick of them.

Don't worry, you'll get it in the end. I've received 3 xbox games from Xpango once already, which was hell.. I'm not sure why I've gone for a second gift but it will be my last.

You did state earlier in this thread that you knew Xpango were slow, but you still wanted to use them

Yeah true, when that was the only issue I did know what I was getting myself into. However in the previous post quoting the email, other issues were brought up, which is why I'm annoyed as it's not just speed. Its them not sticking to their word & lying along with it.

wow i totally know how you feel!!

I already posted this in another thread but the same thing happened to me for lunar pages!

the offer was to do the 3month trial for 4 credits 4! but wat happened? didn't get credited until about 4 months later for which i had to keep paying for lunar pages scared i would get my credits and in the end i get this :

"there has been a change and it seems you need to sign up for a 12month plan with lunar pages, but seeing as it was advertised on our website as 3months and u have done 3months trial we will give you 1 credit" <--- not exact words but pretty much the jist of it.

i was soooo pissed off back then, kinda over it now, but it doesnt help when on their offer page it still says 4 credits for a 3month trial

Wayne,

As we stated in our email to you, the advertiser we were working with for the offer in question refused to credit us for your offer completion, whilst keeping us waiting for quite some time. We have no control over this, not did we receive any payment from them for your completion - yet, we still credited you with a complimentary credit at a cost to us to try and do our best to resolve this.

We subsequently moved advertisers to a different company offering the same offer, however we obvious can't request a manual credit from them as we didn't originally run the offer with them.

We appreciate you are angry about this situation but stating a list of points and claiming we are liars is ridiculous. Creating graphics to post all over this forum is also ridiculous. We are normally here to help and advise and do our best where possible but will not tolerate claims like this or your efforts to encourage others to avoid Xpango.

I would request that if you want to continue using Xpango and resolve this situation that you remove these graphics and such claims of lies and these are completely untrue.

Chewyz - Our advertiser changed the terms and conditions with this offer a number of months ago and we communicated this to you at the time. You were credited with the same as what we were in monetary terms and the offer details we updated. It does clearly say that you need to sign-up for a 12 month package.

Regards

Ok so you've proved me wrong on the first point, fair enough, I clearly didn't fully understand. Maybe you should go into further detail if such happens in the future to avoid this situation. I apologise for this.

You have failed to reply to the part about the other offer, where you have said that you would contact me within a few days. As you havn't I would class that as being mislead, or a lie, therefore parts of my statement stand correct.

If this is what needs to be done to get noticed then what do you expect from me and any other customer in my situation? Yes I am a bit angry about the situation however will not continue to show it on the forums or any other means of communication. I will also remove the image from my signature.

All I am trying to get the point across is that you can't leave people waiting this long. If you can't contact them because you may be busy, which I appreciate that you probably are, Don't say that you will contact them when you are not going to.

Once again I apologise for my misunderstanding, but am asking you nicely to PLEASE credit me with this offers that has been hanging around for months. I am also going to have to complete another offer and would appreciate it if you could please sort that out as soon as you can, We both know I have been waiting for a ridiculous amount of time.

At least once that is done you will have one less complaining customer.

Thanks for your time and response.

Wayne.

PLEASE REPLY TO THIS

It's not that I wanna argue or anything but 1 credit for a 6month period isn't really "credited with the same as what we were in monetary terms". Also It was weeks after you gave me that credit did you change the details for the offer, I know because I go there all the time to check for new offers. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, just telling it how it is.

Snave has a spectacular aura about
Damn this is one long running topic!

Sorry to see your problems still haven't been sorted, I thought Xpango were on a bit of a roll as of late as I've had replies to all the emails I've sent and been credited within a week for both offers I completed.

I am however now in the uncertain 'processing' period. When I got my 360 it arrived within about 10 days of having this email so hopefully my 3 game pack will follow suit.

I struggle finding referrals so I really like Xpango, it would just be great to see them really nail the customer service side to see them rise up and up.

I've experienced this as well, sometimes it seems Xpango is a whole different company, replying within days. But usually, especially now you've said that, it seems they ignore people, as I've sent some emails being the same 6 or more times. Of course they don't but, it just seems like they do.

If Xpango sorted out their customer service, I'd imagine they'd be up there in reputation along with freebiejeebies and such. The method it uses is unique. Of course there are companies who use the same method, but give you very little for each offer.

I have no doubt that Xpango COULD be one of the most successful of the companies out there, they just need to sort it out.

I find it quite pathetic how they reply within 13 hours when they're name is at risk.

However I reply and still 6 days waiting for a furthered reply to my previous post (#31). Anyone would of thought they would want to sort their issues out as they've been made public on a forum of which is going to put their problems in the spotlight.

If there was an award for worst company/worst customer service, Xpango would surely get it.
