 | Xpango not replying to emails??I have mailed them 3-4 times, chasing credits for an offer completed more than 6 weeks ago... They just dont respond!! I went through other posts.... seems that I am not an exceptional case... Any suggestions on what to do? |

| I just try and mail them everyday through the support form and replying to emails they've sent to me, i really need a response from them but havent heard from them since tuesday or wednesday |

| Damn that sucks. Do you know if it's definitely been dispatched yet? It seems that they have periods of replying every day and then times when you won't hear from them for ages. Just keep on their case and hopefully you'll get it soon. |

| Not had any experience with RI, but personally I know that FreebieJeebies respond to tickets lightning fast. Sorry to hear you're having trouble, I lost about £200 through RunAway, so I know how it feels when people don't reply to you!

| for me its the same, they've been pretty good up until now, they havent been replying my mails AND when they do they sent me the EXACT same response to one I got like a month ago saying they'll sort it out in a weeks time and I will get my credits, i'm starting to be wary.....and thats bad coz i've been an xpango supporter up until this point as you can see from my posts T_T...its just saddening to know just wen you get enough points this is what happens |

| Got a reply today "Hi Alan, Thanks for contacting Xpango. I've taken a look at this order and can see that upon closer inspection, the order is being processed/sent out by a sub company operating via Amazon, which is why this has taken slightly longer to arrive with you. The details for delivery estimated delivery indicated the item should be with you between the 10th and 15th of Sept so if you still haven't received this by tomorrow morning, please let us know and we can then contact the advertiser. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience and the slightly longer delay, this was an unfortunate oversight by us, but we do expect your item to be with you hopefully, today.
