Xpango IP Policy??

Can someone please throw some light on the xpango ip policy.

I understand we cannot create multiple a/cs using same ip, but can we just logon to check my account using different ips (some of which might have been used by others to register, like internet cafes or libraries).

My laptop has broken

and i want to check my xpango status using an internet cafe..

Yes, you can, but I would say that it's very risky. Anyone else who ever logs onto their account or makes an account at that internet café will have their account and your accounts banned.
