hellohello is an unknown quantity at this point

Xpango


yesterday i was reading a thread about this certain person had started a website, got a free gift, then carryed on getting a few only to find out you could only get one gift free from this site.

i cant rememeber what this site was. was it xpango? because im jsut about to sign up to xpango, does anybody have any opinions on xpango?

I am not sure about XPango but I know you can only complete Freepay once so it might have been Freepay you were reading about

nothing too wrong with Xpango customer support, the issue is more to do with the number of tickets they recieve due to their apalling offer tracking.

I did suggest that they implemented a back office tracker system a while back, and I know that they did ask a few questions, but wonder now if anything has changed.

Xpango will change the whole design of their website ... and guess it will be helpful for Us (Xpango users)

Hi Guys,

Firstly, just to clarify - there is no limit to the number of gifts you can receive, I think the current record is close to double figures for a few hard-core members!

Secondly (and the address the point made by the_icks on tracking) we have been working to continually improve this matter, which was basically being caused by the sheer volume of offers we had on the site a few months back.

Please note that our systems for passing members to advertisers have been thoroughly tested and is working fine. We have had issues in the past of offers we promoted not consistently tracking (as a result of inconsistent tracking systems used by the advertisers) and subsequently, we pulled the offending offers.

We now try to work only with advertisers we have strong relations with - meaning if in the unlikely event that your offer doesn't track, we can get this credited for you manually. Occassionally this can be a slow process, but many advertisers are now faster to work with us in getting matters resolved.

These steps have allowed us to significantly reduce any tracking problems and allow us to offer a better service to our members.

We do appreciate everybody's comments and feedback

Yes ... Xpango will rocks soon ... and may be will beat FJ if the offers are tracked faster it will be better than FJ ... you can get you gifts Faster ... that's why i prefer Xpango you can get your gift wothout referrals ...

can I just say that although I stand by my comment, reading it back it sounded a lot harsher than it was meant to!!!
