| sorry it's the 888.com offer So he deposit more than 30€ and he lost them  but i want him to get the credit because i'll get a credit |

 | Hi Joker, I don't recall seeing any email from you regarding this matter. We are currently awaiting 888.com to update their records (they are a bit slower than some of our other advertisers) which is likely to be why your friend hasn't yet received his credits. These should update within the next couple of days, but if not please send us a support ticket regarding this matter, rather than posting a support matter in this forum.
