Xpango design !!! :(

I have been using xpango for about a year and i think that it's too hard for new users to use it because it's too much complicated to Complete an offer

1 you have to copy your ref ID
2 you have to Click at the right banner "Complete offer"
3 you have to choose an offer and click "more" a very little hyperlink
4 you have to past your ref ID
5 you have to to click "participate"
6 you have to register at the website

So these are too hard for a new user i think that most of them don't complete offers because of this

So i thnik you "Xpango" should ameliorate your design please i'm loosing a lot of refs because of that they call me and said how to do it then after wasting my time on dialling them they won't complete at least one offer

I think there is nothing wrong with the design .. Its not complicated but may be advanced, that is why people find it quite difficult. No offence but may be your friends are too lazy to look what Xpango has written..

1. " You have to copy your ref " , because if you are having 2 orders, xpango cannot check on its own which one to "autoenter"

2. "You have to click at the right banner "Complete Offer" " - so where else do you want ? at the bottom ? or in the middle, right in front of your credit status ?

3. Atleast you can see that "little "more" hyperlink"

4. And rest of them dont make any sense .. may be you are a new Xpango user ..

P.S sorry for my bad english but i guess Xpango has the best freebies website design !!

about " click complete offer " it's a small vutton and not attractive like other websites

then about the ref ID you have to copy it from the account page then paste it in page after 3 hyperlinks

about the "more button" just now a referral is asking me "WHERE IS THIS more BUTTOn?"

I also think that Xpango is the best freebie website because we can work only with refferals

You've touched on it above, but I remember it briefly from when I used Xpango a few years ago... having to copy your ref id and paste it somewhere yourself? Yeah... making the user copy anything over themselves is a HUGE usability fail.

There's a million better solutions to the problem they're solving.

But hey, how can I talk- Easy Freebie is a major design & usability fail

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the comments on this one, we are continually looking to improve areas of usability and appreciate all feedback received.

We are looking to simplify the process in which a member needs to take to complete an offer and hope to have a few changes in coming weeks.

Any more feedback or suggestions are most welcome

Hi Guys,

Just a quick update - based on some of the feedback mentioned, we have now removed the need for a member to have to manually enter their Referral ID to complete an offer.

The members Referral ID is now automatically entered into the offer completion form and if you have more than 1 order, you can use a drop down menu to select the order you wish to gain credits towards.

This should help to simplify things and save a user having to remember their Referral ID or copy and paste it etc and ultimately make it easier to use and understand.

If you have any more suggestions, design changes, improvements that you feel would be helpful towards improving ratios, please feel free to let us know, we do value all feedback received.

We have many other improvements planned, so watch this space!

Sounds good! I noticed that a few of the items were a little out of date, will these be replaced with the latest and greatest? (DSi for example).

We are currently in the process of revising some of the gifts in our range and have recently added a number of new phones. The DSi has been on the website for a month or two now also, so you should be able to view this.

the last change is what i was going to suggest it's really helpfull and helps us to get activated refs
hope to see more internation offers
i'm still waiting to get my credit card number to complete offers ( the bank service here is very LOW)

i hope that a you you change the login page ... i mean that after you login you acess to the offer directory beside the my account page ... it will help people to complete offers
