No reply from xpango to delivery my gift (more than 1 month gone)


Hi there people,
I discovered this forum 1 month ago, as I was looking how to delivery my free gift from xpango. I registered here, but had no reasons to post here as it looked a bit inactive in here. Just send a PM to Xpango.com (Think his Real name is Sam) so that he could do something with my query, but no response till now from him by PM neither received a response from Xpango (resent the e-mail right now, and i've resent it 2 or 3 times already). My Gift is a Xbox 360 Arcade Edition. Hope someone can give me some hints on how to have a response from them and hope Sam reads this topic so that he can help me it being delivered faster. Sorry for my language mistakes, as I'm portuguese and live in Portugal. Thanks in advance for ur replies

EDIT : Forgot to say I sent them a support ticket throught the site too and my e-mails were sent to orders@xpango.com and support@xpango.com , no replies from any of them.

Same here. My points are completed since 2 month. I wrote several emails - no reaction. Wrote a PM - no reaction. Wrote a letter - no reaction. But let's hope the best.

thanks for the answer. But i really hope i receive an e-mail reply soon, as for now I haven't received anything... I don't want to wait 2 months or more for an simple e-mail response (not even talking about the arriving time, yet), so please Sam I really want you to solve my problem asap, I would thank you very much if you could put my query going!

I've been waiting for about 3-4 weeks too. They said it would come to me early this week but nothing as of yet.

Sorry this is happening to you all.
I also am waiting for a reply from Xpango about credits that were meant to be added to my account in December.
I've even sent them 2 emails with with all the info regarding the offer I subscribed to, but still nothing has been done about it.

This member of stuff doesn't have seem done what you have asked them to do because i've heard nothing.

Can you please look into my account. On 23/03/09 I was told I'd have an update by the end of the week, I'm still waiting.
