No reply from xpango to delivery my gift (more than 1 month gone)

Just another update: 2 months after my e-mail that has been answered in 5 mins, I sent another that hasn't been answered yet (now this time to deliver my gift). So please do your work xpango and dispatch my gift with a confirmation e-mail.

I'm tired of waiting, really. Just gonna resent the 2 months old e-mail just to see if they open their eyes.

Dear Sam,

I have the proofs for all the offers needed to obtain the 13 credits for a Xbox 360 arcade edition (my selected gift), and btw you write it's obvious why 2 months ago as I completed the needed offers and received the credits and instant e-mail answers about the credits, 5 mins later I wrote about dispatching my gift and there hasn't been an answer till now. So, I did my work, now is your time. And as i'm not an english expert I don't consider my
post a flame, because I don't have much of a vocabulary to use and show my unhapiness, as I waste money on offers, and when it comes to dispatch gifts............ wtv
