No answer from Xpango, no Credits, missing referrals.

Ok, This is getting quite irritating

Almost two weeks and no answer from Xpango, no Credits? What's going on? By the end of the year I refereed some friends to join Xpango, but shortly after New Year they disappeared from my referral list. As of now, I'm missing 4 referrals. From what I know, all of the friends already participated in an offer and/or purchased a Clix package to activate their account. They already received their Credits, but I have not been Credited for them! How long am I supposed to wait for an answer? Considering the fact that each Credit is worth a fortune on Xpango, I would at least like to now, why this happened? I'm starting to think it's not worth my time to complete the offers, purchase Clix or refer friends, since Xpango doesn't even answer e-mails

Did anybody have a similar problem? Was it solved?

I just started my adventure with Xpango not long ago, but I'm beginning to think I'll never see that Xbox

The worst thing is, that since I'm from outside the US, UK, etc. there are very few offers I can complete, so referring friends is the practically the only way to gain enough Credits for the more valuable gifts. Why should I buy Clix or pay for the Poker or Casino offers if I don't get any Credits for it? If I wanted to play I would choose another casino like bet-at-home or something similar. ehhh. I still hope they answer me e-mails by the end of the week.

If you read the rules you may gain access to the trading section where other people can do referal for trade so it helps even you don't have enough, advise you not to use clix as other people say it's not very helpful

In response, I have checked these accounts and all 4 of them are
activated, however they did appear to be missing your Referral ID (to
show they were referred by you). I have corrected this, but please try
to ensure your friends definitely use your Referral ID when registering
so that you receive the credits for referring them.

Had a reply this morning, sorted out 1 issue I had and requested proof of participation in the offers that I haven't been credited for. i have now replied to this with the proof so hopefully will have my missing credits soon

no e-mail replies from xpango yet. Sent and resent some e-mails sometimes more than 1 month ago and PMs, no answers. Resent it on thursday, no answer yet, and Sam answered in here friday they were gonna reply to my e-mail shortly... but wtv no reply yet :x

Not heard back either yet. Has anyone had success with offers you have to prove proof of participation in? This one offer I've been waiting for since early November apparently isn't on their system.

It would be nice to hear from Xpango in any form just to say they have at least got our emails and have enough to go on to get the credits sorted for everyone. The uncertainty is the most annoying part I think because we don't even know if they're working on it for whatever reason.

At least you heard something today static, hopefully that means they're working through them.

Recieved mine today but the offers i did were kinda old and already completed though as i had several 4 credit offer which wasn't listed in their complete an offer because they were promotional i think, the only problem is that because it these were done like 1-2 month you could hardly get proof if you don't get them first place so that kinda sucked
